Thanks to years of experience in saddle making and fitting, we've succeeded in catering to both the rider's needs and the horse's anatomy. All saddles in our collection are handcrafted in Europe or Australia from high-quality leather or synthetic material, taking into account the horse's skeletal and musculoskeletal anatomy. Furthermore, we tailor each saddle individually to the needs of both rider and horse. A good saddle provides essential pressure distribution of the rider's weight on the horse's back, thus preserving the horse's natural movement and swing.

A wide panel channel and numerous options for panel shape and thickness allow for an ultimate fit. Not only is the saddle fully customized to the horse, but the rider also has countless possibilities. The seat depth, the position of the top flap, and the size of the knee rolls—everything can be perfectly adjusted to the needs and build of each individual rider. A high level of comfort allows the rider to move optimally, allowing the pair to move more freely and thus perform better!

We can usually schedule an appointment within 2 weeks!

Electronic saddle pressure measurement

We also offer one of the latest innovations in saddle fitting: an electronic saddle pressure measurement. This pad digitally measures the pressure under your saddle using over 400 sensors. It also maps the rider's seat, balance, and dynamic movement (see the black lines in the photo). We use the highly advanced Medilogic system for this, which is also used in the medical field.

If a saddle consultation is cancelled within 48 hours before the start of the appointment, the consultation costs must be paid.

For distances greater than 10 km from our shop, we charge a call-out fee. The surcharge is €1.50 per km based on the outward journey (via Google Maps). This fee covers actual travel expenses and the time our saddler is on the road. For multiple consultations at a single stable, the call-out fee can be shared by the number of participants.
---------------------------------------

Prices for other repairs on request.

We carry out all the adjustments mentioned directly during a fitting consultation at (your) location, unless otherwise indicated.

---------------------------------------

*(A) Excluding call-out charges. Consultation fees are waived when purchasing a new saddle for €1,500.00 or more.

*(B) When purchasing a new saddle, or when replacing all the padding, we will check your saddle again free of charge after 4 to 6 weeks and adjust it if necessary. The wool in new saddles shrinks quickly and will conform to the horse. Sometimes, this padding shrinks so much in the first few weeks of use that adjustment is necessary for your horse's comfort. You only pay the initial call-out fee for this (see *(A)).
How soon the check is needed depends on many factors (including how often you ride, rider weight, type of wool, horse's exercise, etc.). Therefore, it can be a little later than 4-6 weeks. However, since this check is free, it should be done within 3 months of purchase!

We believe that this service is essential for a good saddler!

*(C) Fully shaping a saddle cushion cannot be done at your location. If the appointment is at your location, the saddle must be brought to our workshop for this. After the adjustment, we will return to your location to fit the saddle. You won't pay a second consultation for this, but you will be charged a second call-out fee. If you come to our location, we can perform this adjustment immediately and, after shaping, fit the saddle to your horse.

*(D) A completely new filling cannot be done on-site because it's a major job (the saddle is completely disassembled, the panels are emptied and filled with new wool, then the saddle is reassembled). For this job, we bring it to our workshop. After fitting, we'll come and fit the saddle to your horse. There are no consultation fees for the second appointment. However, if we come to your location, you will pay a second call-out fee for this. If the appointment is at our location, you will also have to return with your horse for this, but there is no additional charge. A completely new filling, just like a new saddle, also requires a check-up every 4-6 weeks.

*(E) Adjusting the saddle tree cannot be done on-site. The saddle must remain in the machine for 24 hours after the adjustment. After the adjustment, a second appointment will be scheduled to fit the saddle to your horse. There are no consultation fees for the second appointment. However, if we come to your location, you will pay a second call-out fee for this. If the appointment is at our location, you will also have to return with your horse for this, but there is no additional charge. Whether the tree can be adjusted at all depends on the type of saddle you have, and if so, whether this can be done with cold technology or infrared.

*(F) We do not replace girth straps on-site. If, during a consultation, we determine that the straps need replacing, we will take them to our workshop. Because fitting isn't necessary for new straps, the saddle can be picked up at our shop after replacement. If you determine that your girth straps need replacing, you can bring your saddle to the shop to have them replaced. A consultation is not necessary. If you need your saddle back quickly, it might be helpful to call first to discuss the best time to bring it in.
