Warm thermal boot with zipper and reflective piping on the outside. The upper is made of neoprene. The neoprene is brushed on the inside, giving it a soft feel. The foot of the boot is lined above the ankle, making it nice and warm and comfortable. The foot is made of rubber and therefore completely waterproof.
