This tether line consists of thick black rubber and a ring at each end to which you can attach your choice of snap hooks (e.g., a snap hook with a panic snap to attach to the halter and a fireman's hook to the attachment ring). Ideal for wary horses, as it is very elastic and gives more than regular halter ropes.
