The Pas de Deux Vitamin Boost contains dextrose, vegetable oils, and vegetable fats as energy sources. Thisensures a steady release of energy for up to 8 hours. It is rich in vitamins A and D3. The substance is yellowish in color. This has the advantage over red vitamin pastes that it cannot be mistaken for blood during competitions, which could result in disqualification.

The vitamin boost is also suitable for pregnant or lactating mares and can also be administered to foals.
