If administering this product multiple times a day is difficult in practice, once a day or once every two days is sufficient. In that case, administer the maximum daily dose. This product is still effective, but the response may take a little longer.
Administration
Administer this product directly into the mouth using a plastic syringe, diluted with a little water if necessary. Or, add it to a small piece of treat. Do not mix it with food; the drops should come into contact with clean oral mucosa. Always provide good-quality food and limit the intake of sugar in grass (fructosamine), pellets, muesli, and treats. If there is no improvement during treatment or the symptoms persist, consult your veterinarian.
The combination of PUUR Culico with PUUR Apis has produced excellent results in many cases (PUUR Culico in the morning, PUUR Apis in the evening).
Treatment duration
PUUR Culico was developed by veterinarians based on literature and years of practical experience. This specific combination of ingredients helps maintain the mane and tail during warm periods. The drops are usually administered two years in a row, from February/March through October/November. They are generally no longer necessary after that. It is essential not to interrupt treatment between February/March and November.
During periods and times of high mosquito activity, it is also advisable to put the horse or pony out to pasture late in the morning and stable it early in the evening.
It is advisable to have a PURE Detoxi cure to be given before starting treatment.
It's advisable to take a week off every 6 to 8 weeks. This way, the stimulus can be offered again after the week off. Resume treatment immediately if symptoms warrant it.
