Dosage
2 x daily: 1 scoop contains approximately 5 grams.

If administering this product multiple times a day is difficult in practice, once a day or once every two days is sufficient. In that case, administer the maximum daily dose. This product is still effective, but the response may take a little longer.

Administration
PURE Magnesium can be added to food. Moisten the powder to prevent it from blowing out of the bowl.

In an acute situation, the duration of treatment is relatively short. This can range from a few days to three weeks. Continue administering this product for a few more days if there is improvement.
