This single-jointed snaffle bit is a basic bit, particularly suitable for horses without bit problems and young horses. The bit is 18 mm thick. Available with a Sensogan mouthpiece and stainless steel rings.
Sensogan is composed of 75% copper, 13% manganese, and 12% zinc. This composition allows the material to oxidize gradually. This oxidation creates a pleasant taste, which encourages the horse to accept the bit and relax. It also stimulates salivation. Sensogan helps reduce stress and has the added benefit of being less prone to discoloration, making it easy to maintain. Sensogan bits are recognizable by the black circles on the buttocks. An arrow is located within one of these circles. This arrow should point forward on the left side of the horse's mouth.
